Thanks Jenny for Organising this event! Forty something kids, many parents and even a few family pets took part in our fundraising sponsored walk on 14th October. As can be seen from the pics below, all had a fun time.  Special mention goes to Terry, who jogged the route beforehand (only to have to walk it again!) to leave markers along it so nobody got lost! The three mile route was from Shaw's bridge, along the Tow path towards Lisburn, crossing at the bridge and returning down the tow path again, back towards the Ice Cream van (!) at Shaw's Bridge. Everybody enjoyed some well-earned crisps and coke (don't tell your Coach about this!) afterwards. Judging by some of the "sprint" finishes, word got around about the coke and crisps! The weather was kind to us, dull, but mild and most importantly - dry! Jenny has asked for everybody to make a big effort and get all sponsorship money in by the end of the month - we'll have a further update on the total then. Well done everybody - fantastic team spirit!
