Fundraising
 This season
Jenny O'Reilly (pictured Left, with Son Owen and Senior swimmer Conor Shevlin at
the September Bag Pack) is coordinating fundraising activates for the Club.
Jenny is keen for as many swimmers as possible, young and old (and their
parents!) to get involved, so there will be an activity suited to your age group
at some time this season!
We've already had a
Bag Pack
(8th September) that managed to raise almost £1500, which is really good
news. In October, we're hoping a large number of our Juniors get involved with
our Sponsored Walk.
In November and December, we've got our Club Gala and we'll be selling Christmas
Ballots. Currently nothing is planned for January, though in February we're
hoping to arrange one of our popular Pub Quiz evenings.
A Bag Pack is planned for March (and also May!), leaving April free for a
relaxing Anagram Competition, similar to the one two years ago (if anybody can
remember that far back!) To round off the season, we're planning a host of
Fundraising activities in and around the annual BBQ and Prize giving evening!
