We thought we'd get the new year off to a cultured start -

senior end of the Club!

A constant race against the clock,
Maybe once or twice we're beat,
But Peter`ll keep u on your feet
With fins and floats we have no rest,
As we train to be the best.
Sit ups, squats and press ups 2
Pre pool circuits to name a few
Now here he`s coming, don’t be late,
On thin ice , you're sure to skate,
“In the pool” we hear him shout,
Don’t hang around or be a lout.
We do the work, of course its tough,
Its gold we want, now that’s the stuff.
We shout and scream to chase the dream
And that’s what makes us 1 gr8 team!
