Outstanding Performances from COB Swimmers at Irish Schools Senior Championships

A large contingent of COB swimmers made the trip to Galway to represent their schools at the Irish Schools Senior Championships, held 1st and 2nd February. The event took place at the Cranny Pool which overlooks the picturesque Galway Bay. The characteristic sense of  cameraderie between the various Ulster schools teams and their parents was much in evidence as familiar faces offered vocal support to all our young swimmers (though they claim they can't hear their parents yelling when they're in the water!)

This year, Ulster schools did well, collecting a large number of medals.
COB swimmers, representing their schools, contributed to the large medal collection.
