Swimmers Show Form at Christmas Time Trials

A total of 18 swimmers turned out for the latest time trail held for the first time at Olympia Leisure Centre. There were a number of outstanding swims over 25 metres in all strokes and these results can be seen on the spreadsheet in the PRESS section of the website.
We also had 6 of our more experienced swimmers complete a gruelling 200m freestyle time trial. All performed excellent swims with some huge personal bests being set. Special mention must go to Sofie Hunter who took over ONE MINUTE off her previous best time.
In total, 48 pb’s were achieved from 78 swims which is great over such short distances. Seven swimmers achieved pb’s at every event. Well done to everyone who took part and the Teletots squad for 2010 will be published and distributed before the Christmas break.
Thank you to all the parents who volunteered to time keep on the night. As always, your help is much appreciated and we could not run these events without your help.
