News City of Belfast Triumph in Limerick 6/9/2009 Eight swimmers from City of Belfast withstood the rigours of a long drive to Limerick to compete in the Division Two National Championships. This team reaped the reward of David Stronge's coaching by collecting three individual golds, two relay golds, two individual silvers and one individual bronze. David was extremely pleased with the results and numerous personal bests. This is another indication of the quality of coaching in our Club and will hopefully encourage our younger swimmers this season.
